We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. All dimensions are approximate. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (where available). Full payment is required before order processing. For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. Standard delivery: 7-15 business days for metro cities, 15-21 days for other locations. Custom furniture: 4-8 weeks depending on specifications. Free delivery on orders above ₹25,000 (select locations). Delivery charges apply for orders below ₹25,000. We will notify you of any delays.

Products remain our property until full payment is received. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

All our furniture is handcrafted using premium materials. Natural wood products may have variations in grain, color, and texture. These are characteristics of genuine wood and not defects. We guarantee all products are free from manufacturing defects.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

You agree not to: - Use the website for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Transmit any harmful code or malware - Impersonate any person or entity - Collect user information without consent

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
