1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all major cities and towns. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer delivery times.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery (Ready-to-Ship Products): - Metro Cities: 7-10 business days - Tier 1 Cities: 10-15 business days - Tier 2/3 Cities: 15-21 business days - Remote Areas: 21-30 business days Custom/Made-to-Order Products: - Production Time: 4-6 weeks - Plus shipping time as above Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹25,000 (select locations) Standard Shipping: - Small items (chairs, tables): ₹500-₹1,500 - Medium items (sofas, beds): ₹1,500-₹3,000 - Large items (wardrobes, dining sets): ₹3,000-₹5,000 Remote Area Surcharge: ₹500-₹2,000 additional Exact charges calculated at checkout based on: - Product size and weight - Delivery location - Service type selected

4. Shipping Methods

We use trusted logistics partners: - Professional Movers & Packers for large furniture - Courier services for smaller items - Specialized transport for delicate items All shipments are insured against damage during transit.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within: - Ready-to-ship items: 1-2 business days - Custom items: 4-6 weeks production + processing Processing includes: - Quality inspection - Packaging - Documentation - Handover to logistics partner You'll receive tracking information once shipped.

6. Packaging

We use premium packaging: - Multiple layers of bubble wrap - Corrugated cardboard boxes - Thermocol/foam padding - Corner protectors for furniture - Waterproof outer covering - Fragile stickers on all sides Custom crating for expensive items available.

7. Order Tracking

Track your order through: - Order tracking link (sent via email/SMS) - Account dashboard on our website - Customer service WhatsApp - Direct call to logistics partner Updates provided at each stage: - Order confirmed - In production (custom items) - Quality checked - Packed and ready - Shipped - Out for delivery - Delivered

8. Delivery Process

Our delivery process: 1. Logistics partner contacts you 24-48 hours before delivery 2. Schedule convenient delivery time slot 3. Delivery team arrives at scheduled time 4. Product unloaded and brought to your premises 5. Packaging removed (optional) 6. Product inspected for damage 7. Installation/assembly (if service purchased) 8. Delivery confirmation signed Ground floor delivery is standard. Additional charges for upper floors without elevator.

9. Installation Services

We offer professional installation: - Basic assembly: ₹500-₹1,500 - Complex assembly: ₹1,500-₹5,000 - Wall mounting: ₹500-₹2,000 - Electrical work (for furniture): ₹1,000-₹3,000 Included free with certain products. Book during checkout or contact customer service.

10. Inspection at Delivery

Important: Inspect product before signing delivery receipt Check for: - External packaging damage - Product condition - All parts and accessories - Color and specifications match order - No scratches or dents Report any issues immediately to delivery personnel and take photos. Claims for transit damage not accepted after delivery acceptance.

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to: - Customer unavailable - Incorrect address - Access issues - Refused delivery Actions: - Rescheduling attempted (up to 3 times) - Storage charges may apply after 2nd attempt - Order cancelled and returned if 3 attempts fail - Return shipping charges deducted from refund

12. Address Change

Address can be changed before shipment at no cost. After shipment, redirection charges apply (₹500-₹2,000). Contact customer service immediately if address change needed.

13. Partial Deliveries

For multi-item orders, items may be delivered separately based on availability and logistics optimization. No additional shipping charges for split deliveries.

14. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to: - Natural disasters - Political unrest - Extreme weather - Festival season congestion - COVID-19 restrictions - Custom clearance (if applicable) We will notify you of any expected delays. No compensation for delays beyond our control.

15. Special Delivery Requirements

Additional services available: - Weekend delivery: ₹500 extra - Specific time slot: ₹300 extra - White glove service: ₹2,000-₹5,000 - Old furniture removal: ₹500-₹2,000 - Packing material removal: Free Request during checkout or contact support.

16. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to: - PO Boxes - Military addresses (APO/FPO) - Hotels/temporary addresses - Under-construction sites Certain products may have location restrictions.

17. Damaged in Transit

If product arrives damaged: 1. Do not sign delivery receipt 2. Note damage on delivery document 3. Take photos/videos immediately 4. Contact us within 24 hours 5. Do not discard packaging We will arrange: - Free replacement, OR - Pickup and full refund, OR - On-site repair (if minor) Response within 48 hours.
