Return Policy

All products sold by Mitss are non-returnable items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products received during delivery.

Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Products

We will accept returns only in the following cases: - Products received with manufacturing defects - Products damaged during shipping/delivery - Wrong item shipped For such cases: 1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery 2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or defect 3. Contact our customer service team 4. We will arrange for inspection and pickup if approved 5. Replacement or full refund will be provided for genuine cases

Inspection Process

Our team will inspect the product to verify the damage or defect. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund including shipping charges. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method: - Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days - UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days - Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 10 business days Actual credit to your account may take additional time based on your bank's processing.

Warranty Information

  • Furniture Frame: 5-10 years (varies by product)
  • Hardware & Fittings: 1 year
  • Upholstery Fabric: 1 year
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
